Day 8

Well, what a mad 24 hours! First of all, my gym decided to close after the owners sold the land with vacant possession so it literally shut, no warning whatsoever. I found this out last night as I was planning this week which sent me into a tailspin. It was the perfect gym, with an indoor track and everything I needed. Rubbish! So was well as trying to plan the week with me being away, I now have the added challenge of finding a new gym. BUT, as Andy Mellor (shout out!!) said, this may push me to pound the streets in preparation for Survival of the Fittest and Tough Mudder, which lets face it, looking at my workouts so far, isn't included and it really needs to be. Tough Mudder is 12 miles after all!!

So onto today - what a bloody nightmare! Nutrition wise, I definitely haven't eaten enough. My food diary says it all. The only saving grace is despite the lack of meals, I didn't just pig out on anything I could get my hands on. I just didn't eat at all. FAIL! Double FAIL because I had 75 mins of hardcore boxing. Needless to say, the lack of food showed. My combinations and power were all over the place. 

Anyway - enough of my rubbish day. It was weigh in today so here are the results after the first week.

Tomorrow I go down to London for three days. I have packed my camera (for Blog shots), gym stuff and protein shakes. It's going to be a toughie because I have to eat out, but I will figure it out. Tomorrow is going to have to be a cheat day too as I have team drinks. All these obstacles hey! It's tough being a fitness angel.

Right, off to pack the rest of my stuff.
