Welcome to the weekend!

Today has been a good day. Started off this morning with a complete beasting with Chris Main . It was evil but awesome. I was against the clock to get a good time and being the competitive nightmare I am I had to give it my all. And I did, I was top of the leaderboard by 10 mins. You can see the workout below! HARDCORE!

Foodwise there have been a couple of treats in there. I went to M&S cafe with my mum and Izzy and my mum was having my favourite bad thing, iced & spiced soft bun. She kept saying, just have half, like mothers do, so I had half. It was soooo good. I think after the workout this morning (and last night) I deserved it. 
I also noticed something really bad about today. No fruit or veg. Very bad and will be rectified tomorrow.

Having some hormonal swelling issues today so hating the pics tonight, especially from the side. Unless its that half a bun!?!
