Well today has been a busy one. In true Kirsty fashion, I was hot footing around London. Feeling really tired today and had zero appetite. Despite this I did manage to drag myself to Body Pump again at 8pm.
It's a funny week this week with my travelling as I am down to London today then back up north, then back down again tomorrow morning and staying down until Thursday evening. It would have made sense to stay down for 2 nights but it was a last minute diary change and it seemed easier just to go back up and down (it also meant I got to see Izzy instead of being away for 2 nights, so worth the travelling).
Anyway, one of the fantastic things about our new office, is that they have the biggest Holland and Barrett I have ever seen right behind it. So perfect for emergency protein shakes or a quick energy snack, so even on days like today when I'm not feeling my best, I can pop in for something good. Happy days!

Tomorrow is going to be my rest day and part cheat as I have a evening out in London. In the day I will be good as gold as you would expect :).
This week is having double cheat days as I have a wedding (all day) on Saturday too, but with both I won't go crazy.
