"Go back a little to leap further." - John ClarkeOh god, this week is just awful! Felt rotten again today with no appetite and the only thing I did fancy was CARBS! I am still having major issues with my tum and swelling. The buscopan doesn't seem to be helping at all so I will get it looked at next week. Maybe self diagnosis isn't the best idea!?
Other half is on a works night out this evening so I wasn't able to go to the gym. Instead I did my 6 week training and swung my kettle bell around the front room. Betty & Wilma (my cats) were intrigued and when I was doing my sit ups were intent on snuggling my head! That doesn't happen at the gym now does it! Really looking forward to heading back there tomorrow!
