Today has been another hectic mummy day which has meant that food-wise I didn't do that well. Well I suppose that depends on how you look at it! I just didn't eat enough. I like to eat regularly throughout the day but as you probably have figured out by now that isn't always easy with the life I lead. Thank god for protein shakes for quick fixes when I don't have time to get something proper.
Had a lovely time at the swimming pool today with Izzy. I didn't realise when we got there that water aerobics started at 11. It was suddenly like a scene from Cocoon (sorry for those of you too young to remember!). All these 'mature' ladies bobbing around with some crazy lady on the side shouting what to do. Izzy loved it though. At one point she started copying the lady and was swinging her legs around and putting her arms in the air *cute*.
I have to admit that once Izzy was in bed I really REALLY didn't fancy the gym. I booked onto Body Pump but it was a struggle to get me out the door. However, I recalled the conversation I blogged about last week about how I motivated my friend to get back into fitness, even after a hard day, so I knew I had to go. Oh and TOUGH MUDDER IS ONLY 61 DAYS AWAY, so that clearly played a part in me getting my A into G :)

I have some issues with acid at the moment which is making my tum stick out. I get this every now and then which is nice and comfortable.
Off to London and back tomorrow and have a busy ol day with lots of meetings. Have planned my food though so should be ok.
