Day 28

DAY 28 - Halfway there!!!! Now I am here, it hasn't half flown by. It's time to step it up though. Tough Mudder is getting ever closer and when I was at the park today with Izzy, I failed massively on the monkey bars! SO, tomorrow, I am getting a pull up bar for home (you know it's going to end in a you've been framed moment don't you!).

So today, Mr Hangover has been with me, which has been fun. I fought the urge to drink full fat coke and eat hobnobs though and I did DRAG myself to the gym for a little cardio session. I also went to my mums for Sunday dinner. No roast potatoes, no mash (well I did have sweet potato mash instead). I had a cheeky yorkshire (you just have to don't you) and my mum had made a Victoria sponge so I had a little piece (come on, it's rude not to have a little bit when she has gone to the effort of baking.... oh and my mum CAN bake...)

Weigh day tomorrow. I don't feel like I have changed that much this week. I think I'm at that point when you would normally give up because you don't see things happening quick enough. However, now I know people I know (Hello Claire, Carly, Lee, Deb & Simon!!) as well as some people I don't, I feel like I definitely can't give up. I honestly never thought anybody would read this blog when I started, but now so many of you are talking to me about it which is fab and definitely fueling the motivation! Thank you :)

I am having trouble with gastritis at the moment so my stomach is looking swelled. I have the Buscopan now so hopefully the abs will make a come back once that calms down. Typical it happens mid way through this blog when I least need it most!
