CHEAT DAY!!!!!
So not really that much to talk about. I eat out for lunch and the healthiest option was a pitta bread with chicken and a few chips. My friend bought some Millies cookies for the show and I also couldn't resist one, and then another one (I know I know), but as a result I didn't have dessert at my mums (which was home made apple crumble - even bigger DOH). Which brings me on to the epic Sunday dinner she made. It was awesome. More veg than you can shake a stick at. Check out my food diary below! Best cheat meal ever!
In terms of workout - not much happened today apart from walking the length and breadth of the Trafford Centre and practically to Sale to get to the In The Night Garden showdome (ok maybe that is a slight exaggeration). I was out the house from 10am and only got home at 7pm. I did however, do a few shoulder presses and bicep curls this morning (I have a set of dumbells by the kettle. Reps race against the water boiling is a favourite game of mine!). I may also have a go of the kettle bell after I have typed this blog, but I have a lot of planning to do for a very difficult week next week. I am away from Tuesday until Thursday. Living out of a hotel and a team night out on Tuesday. I reckon Tuesday cheat day is the way to sidestep that bad boy. Anyway, I'll work it out this eve.
Something that made me laugh and give another doh to this morning is that I realised I take my pictures last thing at night, when my tum is full of the days food. Morning shot would be so much better. My belly today is full of Sunday dinner, cookies and chips so enjoy that vision :)

Right, best get on with the planning for next week! Weigh/Measurements day tomorrow too eek!
Oh one thing before I go. This Sunday is the first one in weeks that I haven't been really peed off about falling off the fitness wagon on Wednesday or Thursday. Normally I would be saying to myself at this time on a Sunday: 'tomorrow I will start again, tomorrow I will start again...'. Not this week. This week I am chuffed that I have done the whole week (pretty much) to plan. Happy Days!
