Firstly, thank to my colleague/fellow gym rat Sean for today's quote for my blog :) We love a good ol chat about protein shakes and weights when I'm down in London!
Today has been better than the last two, that's for sure. Back to eating clean and training dirty. I was due to go into our Manchester office today but after 1 hour in the car and only moving three miles I had to turn round and work from home. I can't be wasting time sat in traffic, tsh!
Working from home does have it's challenges, especially when Mr C has Millies cookies and Liquorice Allsorts in the cupboards. I stayed clear though and was well behaved. Again, if I wasn't doing this blog I reckon a cheeky cookie would have gone down the hatch for sure.
