"Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit" Vince LombardiToday was a cheat day mainly because I was heading to Edinburgh for a work function which was then followed by a curry (with a set menu). As I planned, I was good in the day, well I say good, I didn't go mad, but I had something that I wouldn't normally have, which was pasta. I needed the energy for what was a very busy day.
No exercise, well unless you class dragging your case up and down the hilly streets of Edinburgh.
I didn't get round to writing the blog yesterday, but I did take my camera and take my shots. Aren't I organised. However, I was a little bit champagne tipsy when I took them at 1am!? Still, I showed my commitment to the cause.
