Day 15

HAPPY NEW GYM DAY TO ME!!! Today has been good (apart from being struck by a migraine earlier - ouchy). I signed up for my gym and took part in my first Body Pump class  there (which was AWESOME. I am aching already!). I also took Izzy swimming today. The pool is fabulous. I definitely need to make some me time to use it.

I have started fasting at 630 today so the food diary won't be very interesting tomorrow. I feel hungry as I am typing this so god help me getting through tomorrow.

Anyway - as well as new gym day, it's weigh day! So...... drum roll...... here are the vitals 15 days in.

I should really have a rest day tomorrow as my body is aching. BUT, I am away with work a couple of times this week so I need to make hay while the sun shines!

Until tomorrow (where I have no doubt DOMS will have control of my body!)... No pain, no gain... :)
