Day 3

Day 3 already! Time flies when you are having fun :) 

Another good day today! Super motivated still. I have to admit that it was helped by 'accidentally' falling onto the scales this morning and seeing that 2 little pounds had escaped. I didn't want to look before 'weigh day' but that little bit of motivation made sure that when I was at Costa at the services, instead of that mocha, an Americano was ordered. Oh and talking about my Americano... I am (was) a total sugar addict and wasn't really looking forward to my coffee with no sugar, then, I had a brain wave! Chew a piece of (sugar free) chewing gum while drinking your coffee and voila, you have a nice(r) beverage (is that horrible??). It worked anyway and I was mocha free. So that was a hurdle that I skipped over.

No workout for me today as it's REST DAY, which if I'm honest, I didn't want. However, the DOMS from the last two days are epic so I best give my body a chance. R&R is important!

Happy bunny that today has gone well. I am THAT person that starts something on a Monday and by Wednesday I have cheated. This blog is definitely helping, as is planning my food and exercise for the week. 

So tomorrow is lower body workout which I can't wait to share with you. I LOVE leg days!
