Day 2

Only a short BLOG tonight guys as I had a visit from a will person today, getting all morbid on me. So late tea for me tonight (totally forgot about the appointment, doh!)

Day 2 has gone really well. Still super motivated. Stuck to my exercise and food plan which is good, because it's normally when I'm working that things go to pot. You know how it goes, want something quick, that's available, especially when that 3pm crash happens. Which I might add, I don't get because I am eating properly.

WORKOUT

Today I had a session with my personal trainer, who as always, pushed me to my limits.

3 x Split Squats with 5kg Dumbells
2 x 15 x Leg press 80kg 
1 x 15 x Leg press 60kg (full press, half press full press) (not sure if that's how you should describe it but you get the gist)

3 x 15 Shoulder Press 10kg barbell
3 x 15 Tricep pulldowns

Interval bag work (boxing) 

Needless to say, after yesterdays workout and this one, my arms are a tad shaky this evening!
