So today is wedding day for my friends Sheryl & Craig. There all day so lots of booze consumed. I didn't plan a workout today, but after my hairdresser came at 815 this morning, I felt the urge to do a bit. I couldn't make it to the gym so I decided to do the 6 week training app on my phone and Izzy joined in with me. My hair was all in clips so I wasn't at risk of ruining my do - perfect!
I have to say, the wedding breakfast was the healthiest I've ever had. Chicken salad starter then salmon for main. It's like it was made for 56 days of fitness.
Not much else to say today, apart from god help the hangover tomorrow. I have arranged a cardio session at the gym tomorrow at 4pm. The PT forced me as he said, surely your hangover will be gone by 4..... he clearly doesn't know me :)
